Just Like Kevin

Chapter Eight

. . . . . . . . . . .

“Where have you been?” Both Stella and Joe asked in unison upon seeing Kevin and Macy blow past them in the hallway, holding Starbucks drinks and laughing.

“Hey!” Stella called when they kept walking, “Kevin! Macy! Talking to you here!” They stopped and turned around, Macy erupting into another fit of giggles. Stella and Joe exchanged a worried glance.

“Oh,” Macy said between giggles, clutching her stomach with her free hand, “Hey Stella, Joe, I didn’t see you there.” Joe glanced at Stella, mouthing “didn’t see you there”? Stella shrugged.

“Anyways,” Stella said, “It’s like, almost the end of the school day. Where have you two been this whole time?” Macy took a deep breath, calming herself down and looking over at Kevin.

“Starbucks,” he responded simply, holding up his drink. Joe and Stella looked at each other again.

“You skipped school to go to Starbucks?” Joe asked, raising an eyebrow.

“No,” Kevin said, receiving a questioning glance from both Stella and Joe. He continued, “I skipped school to go to Starbucks with Macy.”

“Dude,” Joe said, “That doesn’t even make sense. I think you’re had too much caffeine.” Macy and Kevin looked at each other, erupting into a fit of laughter once more. By this time, Joe and Stella were, understandably, freaked out.

“Wait a second,” Macy said, turning to Joe and Stella, “what happened between you two last night? Kevin promised he’d tell me, but he never did.” She shot a glare towards Kevin over her shoulder. Kevin held up kids hands in defeat, flashing her an apologetic smile.

“Well, Macy,” Stella said, lacing her fingers with Joe’s, “if you and Kevin had bothered to come to school this morning you would’ve known what happened sooner.” Macy pouted.

“I had a better time at Starbucks then I would’ve at school,” she said a bit defensively. Stella raised an eyebrow.

“Just what did you two do at Starbucks?” Kevin brought his hand to his mouth, coughing to hide another laughing fit. Macy bit her lip, her face flushing slightly and her body shaking with laughter. Okay, this was seriously the last time Stella would ever let those two go to Starbucks.

“I’m happy for you and Joe,” Macy said, rocking back and forth on the balls of her feet and beaming at her best friend.

“Believe me,” Nick said, stopping next to his brother’s, “we’re allhappy. There’s finally peace and quiet around the house. Now that they make out more than they argue” Joe shot Nick a glare and Nick flashed his older brother a smirk.

“Where have you two been all day anyhow?” Nick asked, turning towards his oldest brother and Macy.

“Starbucks,” Macy said, smiling and holding up her Starbucks drink. Nick eyed the two of them suspiciously before deciding he’d let it go. Especially since the warning bell had just sounded through the hallway.

“Well,” Kevin said, “last class of the day.” He looked down at Macy and Macy glanced back at him. Neither of them felt like going to their last class. They had already almost skipped the whole day. What would another class hurt?

“Yup,” Macy responded, smirking down at her shoes. Nick caught her smirk and shook his head, turning around and walking towards his last class. The one that he just-so-happened to have with Macy. It would be interesting when she didn’t show up. Especially since he would know where she was and who as was with.

“See you guys later,” Joe said, taking Stella and leading her down the hallway.

Once they were both alone, Kevin and Macy smiled at each other.

“There’s really no use in only going to oneclass,” Macy said, “I mean that might be the caffeine talking…but…” Kevin smiled at her.

“No, I agree,” he said, “What’s one more class. We’re going to be marked absent for today anyways.”

“True,” Macy continued, taking another sip of her coffee, “Back to the car?”

“After you,” Kevin responded.

END & BEGIN AGAIN

Macy groaned, leaning back in the seat of Kevin’s car.

“Who knew caffeine would make you crash so hard?” Macy asked, turning her head to look at him. Kevin sighed.

“I knew,” he said, “but I still drink it.” Macy groaned again. Kevin watched her as she leaned her head back against the back of her seat. He found himself admiring her profile. She really was beautiful.

“Why didn’t you warn me?” She asked, moving closer to him and burying her head in his shoulder. She groaned again, inhaling deeply. Kevin stiffened. It was a strange feeling, having Macy’s face pressed against his shoulder. Her hair brushed against his neck and he felt his heart race. “I was right,” she whispered to herself, smiling softly and keeping her face buried into his shoulder. Kevin really did smell like heaven. His scent overwhelmed her nostrils, filling her body with a sense of euphoria.

“Right about what?” Kevin asked, resting his chin against her head and breathing in the scent of her hair. He wondered if she knew how heavenly she smelled. He took another deep breath, feeling goosebumps on his skin. Macy bit her tongue, she couldn’t believe he had heard that! She pulled back from him slowly and somewhat reluctantly.

“It’s nothing,” Macy said, blushing crimson, “it’s stupid.”

“Nothing you say could ever be stupid,” Kevin responded, smiling at her. He wanted to reach out and cup her face, bring her head back to rest against his shoulder, but he was afraid she would react to that negatively.

“Trust me,” Macy responded, “this is.”

“We’re friends, right, Mace?” Kevin asked, “You can tell me anything, no matter how stupid you think it might be.” Macy felt her heart break again. There was that word again.Friends.

“I can’t tell this kind of thing to someone that I’m friends with,” she said, hoping her might get the hint, but at the same time she was hoping that he didn’t get the hint. She thought back to when she had told Stella the same thing in the hallway. She had looked pretty freaked out. She knew he’d probably react the same way.

“What do you mean?” He asked. He hoped she meant what he wanted her to mean. He wanted Macy to feel the same way about him that he felt about her.

“Kevin…” She said, trailing off, “about the question I wanted to ask earlier…”

“Yeah?” He asked, fighting a smile.

“How…How do you feel about me, Kev?” Macy asked, biting her lip and staring down at her lap. She couldn’t believe she had just asked him that. But she had been dying to know.

“You’re my friend, Mace,” he responded, trying to get her to press father. He had to be sure she really wanted this. He had to be sure she was asking because she liked him too. She felt her heart ache again, her mouth going dry.

“Am I just a friend, though, Kevin?” She asked, growing nervous with anticipation. Kevin considered this for a long moment, watching as she fiddled with her jacket sleeves.

“Were you ever just a friend Macy?” He asked. Macy’s forehead crinkled in confusion and she looked up at him.

“What do you mean?” It was her turn to ask. Kevin smiled at her softly.

“I mean,” he said, “that I’ve always liked you. And not just as a friend. As a potential girlfriend.” Macy stared at him in shock. It was the answer she had been hoping for, but somehow…hearing out of the mouth of the guy she had fallen so hard for made it so unreal; so shocking.

“What?” She asked, still a little dazed by his confession. He leaned forward a bit, eyes locking with hers.

“I said I like you, Macy,” he repeated, “and I hope you like me too…because if you don’t this whole situation is going to be totally awkward…I mean I-” she cut him off, pressing her lips against his. At first, he was shocked by how forward she was being, but before she would even notice that he was in shock, he smiled against her lips, pulled her closer to him and returned her kiss.

“That answer your question?” She asked when she pulled away. He smiled down at her.

“If there was ever a doubt in my mind,” he responded, placing a short kiss against her lips, “it’s all gone now.” Macy smiled at him, taking another deep breath. When she had told Stella her suspicion about Kevin smelling like heaven, she hadn’t been sure if she even believed it herself, but as she moved closer to him for another kiss she knew it was true. His scent overwhelmed her lungs, her brain, her very soul. Now there was no doubt, Kevin really did smell like heaven. She was glad she had a chance to find out.

Just Like Kevin: Chapter 6 (Well…he IS a Trump supporter, so)

I haven’t updated this in like five days. I haven’t been in much of a Kacy mood. Considering I’m kind of peeved at Kevin. Grr.

Just Like Kevin

Chapter Six

. . . . . . . . .

Macy was having trouble sleeping, her thoughts drifting off to a million scenarios on what might happen when Kevin picked her up in the morning. Her heart was racing at the prospect of it. She rolled over and checked the clock by her bed. The readout warned her that it was now officially 5am and she only had two more hours to sleep. She rolled back over and groaned, trying to clear her mind of all things Kevin and go to sleep. She couldn’t do it. He had practically taken over her thoughts.

An hour and a half later, Macy gave up trying to sleep. She got up and stomped around her room, rummaging through her clothing and trying to find which uniform would be the perfect one to wear. She figured if she wasn’t going to sleep, she might as well look good when he came to get her. Stella would be proud. She was still trying to pick out what she should wear when he alarm clock went off, warning her that she only had an hour to finish getting ready for school. She grabbed the first thing she had been considering and ran towards her bathroom. Today was going to be interesting to say the least.

. . . . . . . . . .

Kevin showed up at her house at 8am on the dot. And, like a gentleman, he came to the door and waited for her downstairs. Macy rushed downstairs to meet him, her foot catching on the last step. She cried out as she fell, closing her eyes and bracing herself for impact, but she didn’t hit the floor. Instead-she opened her eyes-she ended up in Kevin’s arms. That was the second time she’d been in his arms. Her face flushed and she looked down at her feet.

“Whoops,” she muttered, blush still present on her face. Kevin chuckled.

“You okay?” He asked, helping her get back onto her feet. She nodded, still blushing and looking down. This was a lousy start to the day she spent daydreaming about throughout all last night. “You sure?” He asked, genuinely concerned for her welfare.

“I’m sure,” she said, turning her face up so her eyes could meet his.

Big mistake, she thought breathlessly, big, big, big, big, bigmistake. Kevin stared back at her, unaware of her condition. She swayed slightly, breaking his gaze and staring down at her carpet.

“We should go,” she said, walking towards the door. He grabbed her wrist.

“Wait,” he said, spinning her so that she was facing him. Macy swallowed hard, keeping her eyes on his shoes. His very nice, probably really expensive, shoes. “Before we go…” he trailed off a bit, staring down at her and wondering silently why she was staring at his shoes, “what did you want to ask me last night?”

“I…I,” she sputtered, “I don’t remember…” Kevin stared at her in confusion.

“Come on, Macy,” Kevin said, “we’re friends, you can ask me anything.” Macy’s heart broke when he told her she was his friend. She didn’t know why that hurt so much, but she was guessing it had something to do with the fact that she wanted to be so much more than friends with him.

“I already got your answer then,” she responded, turning away from him and heading towards the door where her satchel was. Kevin was even more confused at this point. What answer? What was she even talking about? Instead of voicing his confusion, though, he followed after her, through her front door and to his car.

Kevin opened the door for her, just like he had done the previous day and waited for her to get all the way in before he closed it. Macy sighed as she waited for him to make his way around the car to the driver’s side. Her heart felt crushed, she couldn’t believe that she had waited all night for nothing. She had to laugh a little when she realized how emo she sounded. She hoped this whole emotional kick was just her being cranky.

Kevin got into the car and turned to look at her. She stared out the windshield, refusing to meet his gaze. He sighed and started the car, backing out of her driveway and heading towards the school.

For most of the ride there, they were silent. But finally, it was Kevin who broke it.

“Macy,” he said, glancing at her out of the corner of his eye, “I, uh,” he said, biting his lip, “I still want to know what that question was.” She didn’t answer. “Macy?” He asked, stopping at a stop sign and turning to look directly at her while he waited in a line of cars to make it to their school. Her eyes were closed and her head was leaning against his window. He smiled softly. She must’ve had a bad night.

When he got to the school he parked and checked the time. They had a few more minutes, he noticed, turning back to look at the still sleeping Macy. He didn’t want to have to wake her up. She looked so cute like that. Her damp hair was sticking to her face, her pink lips slightly parted, her eyes shut softly. He sighed, smiling at the sight of her asleep next to him.

He wondered if she would be upset if he just let her sleep. He decided she wouldn’t be too upset, so long as he stayed with her.

Crappy chapter! I promise a real update EVENTUALLY. R&R!

Secret Admirer: A JONAS fanfiction

Secret Admirer

Disclaimer:I don’t own JONAS, but I always say that :P.

Summary:JONAS; Macy’s got a secret admirer. Macy x Her secret admirer (one of the Lucas brothers).

Author’s Notes:You guys are going to have to wait to find out who is putting notes in her locker. It’s one of the members of JONAS. Hope you like it :).

. . . . . . . .

Macy Misa skipped up to her locker where her best friend Stella was waiting for her. Stella watched as she did the combination, opening the door, and even when a note fell out and into the floor at her best friend’s feet. Macy watched it flutter to the floor before she bent down and picked it up, opening it and reading what it said.

“It’s a poem,” she said to Stella, looking up from the letter.

“Let me see,” She said, holding out her hand to receive the poem, “who is it from?” Macy handed the poem to Stella.

“At the bottom it says “your secret admirer”,” Macy said, before continuing dreamily, hands over her heart, “I’ve never had a secret admirer before…Who do you think it is?” Stella was quiet for a long time, reading over the poem.

“I’m not…sure,” she said, handing the note back to Macy.

“Do you think it’s Brad?” Macy asked, excitedly, “Or Micheal? Or Dillon? Or Andrew? Or-” she gasped, “One of the members of JONAS?” Stella stared at her.

“Just said I didn’t know,” Stella said, “Guess we’ll have to wait and see if you get another poem.” Macy stared at her best friend for a few moments, eyes narrowing.

“Was it you, Stell?” Macy asked. Stella laughed.

“I’m flattered you think I’d pull a prank like this, but no, it wasn’t me.” Macy’s eyes narrowed more.

“Okay then,” she said after a few seconds, “I believe you.” She shut her locker and turned to walk down the hall to the gym, carrying her fencing supplies. Stella walked after her, wincing when she saw Joe cross her path and Macy ran right into him, falling onto the floor. Well, it was better than her whacking him with her foil. That would’ve hurt.

“Whoa there,” Joe said, “You alright?” Macy looked up at him and promptly forgot to breathe. She started making high pitched squealy noises and Joe clenched his jaw. Stella laughed nervously.

“Breathe, Macy,” she reminded her best friend, “Joe is a person just like you and me.” Macy took a deep breath and held it. “After you take a breath you exhale, Macy,” Stella said. Macy exhaled and took another breath.

“Can I help you up?” Joe asked once she seemed stable, offering her his hand. Macy squealed.

“Joe of JONAS is helping me up,” she said with a giggle, grabbing his hand and letting him pull her to her feet. It was all down hill from there.

Once Macy was finally on her feet, she noticed how dangerously close her whole body was to Joe. She swallowed, staring at where her hands were on his chest, with his over hers and then she looked up at him, face flushed. It didn’t look like she was breathing anymore either. She bit her bottom lip and stared into his eyes shyly, Joe stared back, feeling something change between them. Stella cleared her throat, snapping them both out if it. They jumped apart and laughed nervously.

“Well, that was awkward…” Joe muttered, “Nice seeing you Macy, Stella.” With that, he walked off to find his brothers. Macy turned and stared at Stella with wide eyes.

“What if Joe put that poem in my locker?” She asked in an excited whisper.

“I doubt it,” Stella said, “Joe isn’t the type to do that.”

. . . . . . . .

Ending Notes:Who is her admirer? The world may never know. I’ll update Fly With Me tomorrow if the mood strikes, I kind of like the idea of ending it where it is…but… :).

Fly With Me: A JONAS fanfiction (3 chapters for the price of one)

Fly With Me

Disclaimer:Don’t own JONAS and no, this isn’t a song fic.

Summary:JONAS; Nick dedicates a song to someone special. Nick x Macy

Author’s Notes:What amuses me about this, is that my favorite Macy pairing is with Kevin. I really should write one of those.

. . . . . . . .

i.

Nick looked out at the audience of mostly females that were crowded into the concert hall and opened his mouth to speak.

“This next song,” he said into the microphone, “goes out to a special girl.” The audience cheered, excited by the prospect that any one of the girls in that room could be the “special girl”, Nick was dedicating a song to. The other Lucas brothers exchanged glances before shrugging and letting the youngest of the three dedicate this song to whomever he wished. Even if it was unplanned and totally unexpected.

Nick took a deep breath and started to play the piano, a short time after, the drums joined in.

“This song is called Fly With Me,” he announced, swallowing and taking another deep breath before he started to sing. Every girl in the audience cheered.

. . . . . . . .

“What was that dedication about, man?” Joe asked, backstage after the show. Nick shrugged.

“It’s what rock stars do,” he said, “it wasn’t really for anyone special.” Yeah, that was a lie. Joe arched his eyebrow at his younger brother.

“C’mon, Nick,” Joe said, “I think I know you better than that-You don’t dedicate a song to anyone unless you mean it.” Nick shrugged.

“Sometimes people surprise you,” Nick responded, slipping into the bathroom of the dressing room the three of them shared to be alone. The truth was, he really did mean that dedication. His brother was right, he never dedicated a song unless he absolutely meant it. But, he was kind of embarrassed about telling his brothers, Stella, or even the special girl he had dedicated the song to the truth.

However, he knew it was only a matter of time before they found out.

. . . . . . . .

Ending Notes:This is kind of a JONAS/Jonas Brothers crossover thing going on here. I’m trying to keep the characters in character, but I’m also keeping in mind what the Jonas Brothers are like in real life. I think I might bring their two personalities together. Maybe. Anyways, I’m trying my hand in a chapter fic. Hopefully I finish it, I’m usually much better at oneshots.

Please review! Oh, and I’m looking for a beta :).

ii.

She wasn’t always special. At first, she was annoying, and a health hazard. But over the time that she had known them, she had gotten better about how she acted around them. And Despite the injuries she used to cause, Nick found himself sometimes missing the superfan turned close friend of the band. Sometimes he thought it was cute the way she pined over them, other times he was just hurt by it. Literally.

He didn’t know for sure when she had started to become someone special to him. He guessed it had been a long time coming, which was strange since he was used to rushing into things like this.

“What was that dedication about last night, Nick?” Stella asked, a smile on her face. Nick sighed, Stella was a hopeless romantic, no way was she going to leave him alone until she knew.

“No one,” he lied, “I was just trying to spice up the concert.” Stella stared at him in disbelief.

“Nick,” she began, “I’ve known you almost your whole life. You don’t have to be embarrassed, just tell me who she is.” Nick stared at her for a long time, weighing the pros and cons of telling Stella that he was interested in her best friend. After a long second, Nick merely shrugged his shoulders. Stella growled in frustration.

“Do I know her, at least?” Stella asked. Nick shrugged again. He wasn’t going to give her a yes or a no answer. That was too easy for her to guess. “I’ll be taking that as a yes.” Stella looked up and down the hallway, contemplating.

“What if it was a no?” Nick asked, eyebrows raised. Stella turned back to him and snorted.

“Oh, it’s so a yes now,” she said, “who is she?” Nick muttered something under his breath and dropped his head, sighing. Stella had caught him. He had no idea how he was going to get out of this. He might have to tell her the truth. He looked back up, staring down the hallway, looking for a way out of this situation.

Then he saw her, she was walking down the hallway towards them. It was like she was moving in slow motion. Kind of like a scene from one of those old movies. How when the guy saw the girl he loved he would see her engulfed in light, hear the angels singing and see her walking in slow motion towards him. This was totally an old movie moment.

“What are you looking at?” Stella asked, turning around to look at Macy who was almost right next to her, and then back at Nick. Nick chewed on his bottom lip as Stella stared at him questioningly.

“Great concert last night,” Macy said with a smile. Nick’s breathing hitched and Stella smiled knowingly.

“You two talk,” she said, “I just remembered that I need to see Joe about a fashion emergency.” Nick watched her walk off, humming the song he had dedicated to Macy just last night.

“Thanks,” Nick said, trying to maintain is calm demeanor in the face of this teen crisis.

“Sooo,” Macy said, “Everyone has been talking about that dedication you made, “Is she anyone I know?” Nick swallowed hard and flashed her an awkward smile.

“Depends on who you know,” Nick said. He could’ve kicked himself for knowing that. She was so going to find out it was him. Macy stared at him for a long minute.

“Well,” she said, “I know you and I know your brothers and I know Ste-oh my gosh, is it Stella?” If there had been any liquid in his mouth, he would’ve done a spit take.

“Of coursenot,” he said. Again, he could’ve kicked himself. It was obvious as to who he had dedicated it to now. Why didn’t he just tell her in the first place?

“Well, I don’t really know anyone else…” She said, growling silent. Nick found himself wishing for her to realize the girl he had dedicated it to was her.

“Oh,” he said, “you know her.” Macy looked at him, confused.

“Oh,” she said, “it it Penny? Or one of the girls I’m on a team with?” Nick found himself enjoying this game.

“It’s not Penny,” he said, “And she might be on a team with you, technically speaking.” Macy’s forehead crinkled.

“So,” she began, “It’s not Penny, but I know her, technically speaking. How well do I know her?”

“Pretty well, I’d say,” he informed her, trying not to smile so he wouldn’t give her any more of a hint then he’d already given her. Macy was quiet for a long moment, staring up at Nick.

“Is it…me?” She asked in a whisper and he moved closer to her. Leaning down the whisper “That wasn’t so hard, was it?” in her ear. The old Macy would’ve fainted, but the new Macy stood there and blushed. Nick chuckled and grabbed her by the hand.

“You want to hear me sing it again?” He asked, staring deep into her eyes, “Just for you?”

. . . . . . . .

Ending Notes:I know, I know. It ends all abruptly and whatnot. There’s going to be another chapter, don’t worry. And I don’t know why all of this is bolded. It wouldn’t unbold.

Review please 🙂 And I’m still looking for a beta.

iii.

Nick took her out to the atrium, the same place where he had first sang “Give Love a Try” to Penny. For a second, he wished there was somewhere more special he could take her, somewhere more private where the concert would be just the two of them and no one watching. But he brushed that thought off, telling himself that the specialness of this moment wouldn’t be where he was with her, but the fact that he was with her period.

“Okay,” Nick said, grabbing his keyboard from his back pack and plugging it in. Macy stared at him, in awe of what was happening. “It wont be as musical as last night,” he told her, “just the bare necessities.” She nodded, swallowing. He began to play the opening, watching her eyes glitter with excitement.

“You’re so beautiful,” he whispered before taking a deep breath and beginning to sing.

If time was still

The sun would never never find us

We could light up

The sky tonight

I would see the world through your eyes

Leave it all behind

Macy’s heart was pounding, her eyes kept flickering between Nick’s eyes, lips, and hands. He just watched her, lips curling into a rare smile. He was just as much in awe of her as she was of him sitting across from her, playing the piano and singing her the song he had dedicated to her the previous night in front of thousands.

If it’s you and me forever

If it’s you and me right now

That’d be alright

Be alright

We’ll chase the stars to lose our shadow

Peter Pan and Wendy turned out fine

So won’t you fly with me

A small crowd had started to form outside of the glass, curious as to what was going on between them. His brothers Joe and Kevin were at the front, faces practically pressed to the glass, trying to get a better look. Stella stood to the side, examining her nails, pretending like she knew it all along.

Oh yeah

Gonna fly with me now

Now the past

Can come alive

And give it meaning

And a reason

To give all I can

To believe once again

He wanted to kiss her so bad right now, in front of all the people that were watching them, but he held back. He wanted to finish the song. Macy was finding it hard to breathe, a goofy smile plastered on her face. This moment was so perfect.

If it’s you and me forever

If it’s you and me right now

That’d be alright

Be alright

We’ll chase the stars to lose our shadow

Peter Pan and Wendy turned out fine

So won’t you fly with me

Maybe you were just afraid

Knowing you were miles away

From the place where you needed to be

And that’s right here with me

Kevin and Joe glanced at each other, finally realizing who the dedication had been for. They would’ve never guessed in a million years that it would be Macy.

It’s you and me forever

You and me right now

That’d be alright

We’ll chase the stars to lose our shadow

Peter Pan and Wendy turned out fine

So won’t you fly with me

Macy had her hands pressed to her cheeks, feeling ecstatic and nervous and bashful all that once. She thought she might faint. She hoped she wouldn’t.

If it’s you and me forever

If it’s you and me right now

I’d be alright

Be alright

We’ll chase the stars to lose our shadow

Peter Pan and Wendy turned out fine

So won’t you fly

Fly

Fly with me

There was silence when the song ended. The only sound was from Nick setting his keyboard down. Then the two of them stared at each other for a long minute. The whole crowd was watching now, waiting for what they would do next, holding their breath. Even Stella was watching now, eyes wide in anticipation. The suspense was almost too much for her.

“Just kiss her already!” Joe and Stella shouted together, the crowd of people behind them murmured in agreement.

“Did you like the song?” Nick asked, ignoring his brother, Stella, and the crowd. Macy smiled, standing up from where she had been sitting and throwing her arms around his neck and mashing her lips against his. Nick forgot to breathe for a moment, literally feeling as if he was flying, and then he started to kiss her back. The crowd erupted into cheers.

“Does that answer your question?” Macy asked in a whisper when she pulled back slightly. Nick smiled, capturing her lips again in a silent, “yes”.

. . . . . . . .

Ending Notes:So that’s it :). I don’t like songfics at all, but I figured I might as well have the lyrics in here since he was singing to her and all.

Review please :)!

The Audrey Files: Chapter 3 (Final chapter & lots of low self-esteem)

The Audrey Files

Chapter 3

Disclaimer: I don’t own Code: Lyoko, but I am missing it today because I won’t get back from shopping in time to catch it X.x. Anyway I do own Audrey DeBose and the secretary Alice and Audrey’s Mother, so no stealing.

Summary:Kind of a prequel to Sugar and Spice. Someone new shows up, but she’s pretty quiet…rumors are spread, which interests a certain someone. JxOC OxA YxU

A/N: Ah, the third chapter, the second one sucked, it was far too rushed I’ll slow down and make-up for the last chapter with this one, I hope I can describe enough for everyone to be happy with. Ulrich spoke too much in the last chapter…unless…dammit. Ehehehehe and the world will NEVER know.

“Secrets”

Could she keep a secret? Now she was defiantly confused. Of course she could keep a secret; she could keep a secret better than anyone else in the world. She had so many secrets about herself even she didn’t know the truth behind the mask she had put up.

“No,” Audrey said, her words came out against her will, she watched Jeremie sigh. What had possessed her to say no? She could keep a secret! Of course she could, but why did she say no to him? Maybe she just didn’t want to be a part of any of this, she wanted to go back home, back home to the house she grew up in when she was little, the house in which she had both a mom and a dad and not just a mother. Back to when her life didn’t seem so complicated…she wanted to go back to The Hermitage. Her blood ran cold again; she never lived in The Hermitage why did she want to go back there so badly? Maybe she craved the truth, what was she supposed to remember? Why was she supposed to remember it? Her mother had his things from her for so long, she didn’t understand, all she ever wanted was the truth, but no one would give that to her. She glanced back up at the two men in the room with her and she took in their expressions. Jeremie looked serious and Ulrich was standing by the door, his guard was up and Audrey wondered what he was going to fight. There was a loud booming sound as William knocked over the door, Audrey jumped and backed up into the wall. Ulrich lunged at him, knocking William over into the wall opposite of Audrey. What was going on here?

“Hurry,” Jeremie said pleadingly. Audrey heard muffled noises coming from the head set, but that was soon drowned out by Ulrich’s yells of pain. She turned back to Ulrich, noticing he was glowing purple and he seemed to be in great pain. She turned to look at William, their eyes locked, and he dropped Ulrich onto the floor. His breathing was heavy and it came out sharp and ragged. It reminded Audrey of a machine. Her eyes widened and she threw herself to her feet, taking a fighting stance. She had taken some weird form of Karate when she had lived in Japan. She could not remember the name of it, but she remembered everything she had learned, this was her last defense, but the closer he got, the more nervous she became. She let him get close enough to her that she could kick him, and she did. She kicked her leg up high, making contact with the side of William’s head with an awkward side drop kick. He fell to the ground with a loud thunk and he didn’t get up again for a few minutes.

“Ow,” Audrey moaned, massaging her leg, “I think I pulled something.” Slowly, she lowered herself onto the cold metal floor and continued to massage her aching leg, but she wouldn’t be there for much longer. William stood up, heading straight for her, she didn’t even notice.

“Back to the past now,” Jeremie mumbled.

Audrey woke up for the second time that day, to the sun shining in her bedroom and people talking outside. She massaged her temples and proceeded to get ready for school, for the second time that day. She ached all over, but she didn’t know why, maybe it was just the way she slept. Once she was ready, sporting her regular clothing (I put it in the last chapter X.x) and her silver heart necklace (not the choker this time) she left for the courtyard to see Yumi and her other friends.

She approached, and once more they quieted down. She smiled boldly and settled into the tight circle. They were quiet yet again until Yumi started the same dull conversation and Audrey gave her same Answers. Then off to class it was.

Despite the fact Jeremie had gone back in time, erasing what happened so only He, Aelita, Yumi, Ulrich and Odd would know what happened, Audrey still vaguely remembered all that had happened. Her most vivid memory was that of The Heritage, the terribly familiar house Audrey felt like she had been in before. Audrey thought it might be good to go visit the house again when she was on her lunch break, she didn’t need to eat everyday anyway right?

Lunch couldn’t come soon enough for the impatient Audrey DeBose. She tapped her foot on the ugly diamond tiled floor of her science classroom. She wasn’t listening to a word her teacher was saying. She was far too engulfed in thoughts of The Heritage and how much of an impact it had on her life. She knew she had never been there before, but then why did that man want her to remember? What was she supposed to remember about that house? She had so many questions!

Soon enough, the bell rang loudly and the entire class cheered, heading off to lunch. Audrey followed the crowed until the last possible second then she slipped off, praying no one had seen her leave. She walked swiftly, increasing her pace every time she heard the faintest sound. The trees around her became a blur she couldn’t even see, but her eyes weren’t that good to begin with. Still, she wondered how fast she was going. Before long she was standing before the oh so familiar iron gates of the huge, old mansion. She stared at the sign, tracing her fingers over the letters for a brief moment before entering through the creaky gates and standing before the large house. She stared at the tall door; a little intimidated. She wasn’t quite sure of what kind of secrets she would discover inside this house, but it was unnerving. She wanted to open the door, but then again she didn’t. She couldn’t really remember much of what the inside of this magnificent building looked like. Her hand went for the knob, but before she could touch it her brain yelled for her to stop. Her body was screaming two different things, she wasn’t sure if she wanted to open the door or not; she was quite afraid. She took a sharp deep breath and flung her hand onto the knob, opening the door; finally the inner struggle was over. She opened one eye and then the other, taking in the surroundings of the large, messy house once more; books, trash, notes and other random objects were flung all over the floor in every room of the house. Dust upon dust coated everything; you could barely even breathe, in the sunlight you could see millions of tiny dust particles flying around. Audrey could only imagine how many particles were in that closed space, but then again dust floated in the air in every home, but how much dust was here just seemed so unnatural, but how did she know? She had only been in here one time before and she had never noticed anything out of the ordinary. Well, all the books a papers strung everywhere seemed a little odd, but you know…this house was old a lot of things could’ve happened to it.

Soon she had been through most of the rooms and everything seemed so normal. There was still so many books, but that didn’t bother her, at least not until she reached the book-shelf in the study. The book shelf was tall and filled with books about many things; she reached out and touched the smooth rich wood, getting dust all over her fingertips. She shivered and wiped it against her black skirt. She looked at all the books, nothing there seemed to interest her so she turned around and starting looking through the other rooms. There were bedrooms, offices and al kinds of other rooms in the large house. When nothing, beside the book shelf sparked her memory though, she left the house to head back to her school.

She was later to her last class, and Jim caught her wandering around the empty campus.

“What’re you doing out here?” Jim asked; he sounded triumphant like he had caught her for the first and only time. Her head snapped towards him; her face was expressionless.

“I—I’m new, I got lost,” she lied. Her heart was pounding, hoping he would buy her extremely fake story.

“Oh,” Jim said, a little disappointed, “Well, what’s your next class?”

“It’s um…English, with Mrs. Bombay,” Audrey replied; her heart thumped loudly, but she managed to keep a straight face, she was good at lying…even to herself. Jim gave her an understanding smile and turned, motioning for her to follow.

He led her all the way to her English class, and made Mrs. Bombay excuse her lateness because she had been with him. Mrs. Bombay only nodded and went back to teaching the class. Shakily Audrey took a seat next to Yumi and they both remained completely silent until the bell rang.

The bell had startled Audrey so she stood quickly, and started to gather her things. Her legs ere shaky and weak; it was a miracle she could stand. Yumi watched her shake for a few moments before placing a hand on her shoulder; Audrey jumped, a little startled.

“We missed you at lunch Audrey,” Yumi said. Audrey turned and stared at her. Yumi’s face looked concerned and she felt so guilty. She had gone to see the house no one knew she remembered and for her own selfish reason. She suddenly wished she hadn’t gone because it seemed so stupid right now.

“I was…I don’t know,” she said, stumbling over her words. Yumi gave her a reassuring smile, like she understood what she was going through, but Audrey knew she didn’t, no one did…at least…not anymore they didn’t.

Yumi didn’t leave until Audrey was ready and she even helped her out the door because her legs were failing her, but soon they were outside again. Both of them smiled and walked over to see the three guys. Audrey was still feeling a little shaky, but she tried to ignore it; she didn’t even know why she felt like that anyway…there was nothing she could do.

Jeremie typed away at his computer and the other guys were silent, their expressions were unreadable. Audrey wondered what everyone was up to, but she knew she’d never find out…because they didn’t trust her and she didn’t blame them one bit; she didn’t even trust herself. She had lied way too much even she started to believe her own lies and that was not good for her. It was one of the reasons she couldn’t remember much of her past she had lied it all away; if that made any sense at all.

No one spoke for a long time and Audrey started to feel dizzy. The ground picked up and started to swirl around her, she felt like she was going to be so sick. Then her legs gave way, but someone caught her before she hit the ground. She could hear faint panicked voices and someone yelling at someone else to get her into the infirmary. She only groaned and let her eyes close to the dark and she fell unconscious.

She could hear peoplewhispering around her, she moved her hand to rub her forehead and she groaned. She felt like she had been hit by a truck; her head was pounding. She opened her eyes slowly, but her vision was so blurry it felt like she didn’t open her eyes at all. She groaned again, drawing attention to herself.

“You is awake?” A woman with a thick Russian accent asked; the voice was unfamiliar to Audrey, but it sounded somewhat gentle. She knew she was in safe hands. The woman asked her the same question again. Audrey didn’t want to answer she felt slightly embarrassed that she had actually fallen unconscious on the school grounds; she bet her outfit was covered in dirt, but sadly she couldn’t see well enough to tell up from down at that moment in time. She felt a hand on her shoulder and she jumped a little. The woman spoke to her in Russian; Audrey guessed she was saying something soothing, but she wasn’t quite sure what she was talking about.

“I don’t speak your language,” Audrey whispered. Her voice sounded a little hoarse; she cleared her throat. The woman laughed a high twinkling laugh that reminded Audrey of a young child.

“I understand,” the woman said vaguely, leaving Audrey’s side. Audrey was glad to see her go, the language she spoke (Russian) made her head hurt more then usual. She wondered where her ‘friends’ had gone. They were probably off hanging around together, having fun without her. She sighed; sometimes she just wished…that for once someone would care enough about her to stick by her side.

Девочка,” the Russian nurse said. Audrey groaned in reply, just as someone entered her little cubical. She blinked, trying to get a focus on who came in; it was a male, she knew that much.

“Who,” she said calmly. She sounded much like an owl in her opinion. The boy who stood there didn’t answer, but instead he approached her. She grunted as if to tell him she wasn’t in the mood for company right now, but he didn’t listen. Audrey pulled herself up in the bed and squinted at him.

“You really shouldn’t be sitting up…” the boy explained. Audrey smiled recognizing the voice immediately. It was Jeremie, she was overjoyed. She twirled her hair around her finger, but she still didn’t talk. She was happy someone cared enough to visit, but at the same time all she wanted was to be alone. She felt Jeremie’s hand on hers and she stared down at it. “I’m worried about you.” Audrey looked up at him and smiled.

“You’re a good friend Jeremie,” she said. Although, she wasn’t sure what she really thought of him. Her heart was tangled up in a web of lies right now…she wasn’t even sure which way she was supposed to turn, but somehow…she knew she could trust Jeremie.

Silence came over the two, but it wasn’t awkward at all, it was a comfortable silence; A silence in which you feel at ease, like when you’re laughing, but this was much better than laughter. His hand was still on hers, adding to the comfort she felt at this moment in time. Even if the small room reeked of antiseptic and it was all a dull shade of white, she wasn’t afraid anymore. Not with Jeremie there by her side.

A/N: This seems like a good place to end it, I hope I’m not rushing into things, she hasn’t realized her feelings for him yet, he’s merely being a good friend is all. I mean when I’m with my friend Will, I feel like that too…ha-ha…yeah I felt like that before I had a crush on him X.x. Will looks a lot like little Jeremie, ‘sept his hair is brown and he resembles a less attractive Daniel Radcliff. Okay, enough about Will X.x…I need to be thinking about Richard now! Yes, Richard the man I am thinking of dating…I mean DAMMIT! FAN-FICTION IS NOW X.x. Okay…before I drive you all insane with my ramblings, I’ll reply to my lovely reviewers.

BobbyNeko: and more there is

FTiger: Oh, you’re a new reviewer aren’t you? I am always hard on myself you learn to live with it and I write reviews on my own fics myself. Like this one if so poorly written. Somehow I get great joy out of putting myself down X.x.

Kodra: My favorite reviewer, yet again. I think Jeremie was a little out of place in the above chapter. I appreciate your review, yes, I know paragraphs when switching Characters I do try to do that, but then my worlds get all messed up and jumbled. I’m trying to hurry my chapters before my schools friends maul me because I’m not writing enough or paying enough attention to them X.x I hope I don’t seem rushed, and don’t apologize for having negative reviews, I really appreciate you telling me what I need to work on . Sooner or later I may review one of your fics D, hopefully. It depends on how much time I have and how tired I am. X.x I did it again! I went off on all this weird stuff. X.x Anyway thank you for your wonderful review on Chapter deux and I hope you like Chapter trois as much as you liked the last one, if not more. (Ignore the French it’s just I would’ve rhymed with the English numbers X.x)

Thank you very much all of you. blows kisses R&R!

A/N: Second chapter! I’m so sorry Sugar and Spice was so confusing to all of you, I really hope this explains Audrey better as a person okay? I feel really bad!

“Hope”

Audrey stared at the off-white ceiling of her extremely empty dorm and groaned she felt so out of place here. Now she couldn’t sleep at all, now she regretted not staying at home. At least she would feel safer there. Here she felt like she was so alone, not like home was any different with her mom always working the night away, but sleeping in a house was so much better than sleeping in a dorm. Lost in thought, she barely heard the soft knock on her door.

“Y-yes, WH-who is it?” She barely squeaked out. No one replied so she got up, walking across the dull gray carpet, to go and see who was there, but when she opened the door, she saw no one. So she turned around to go inside, but she suddenly went cold on the inside and fell to the floor, her body shook violent for a moment or two then it stopped. She lay there on the floor for a few minutes trying to rid herself of her dizziness. It was one of the weirdest things she had ever felt in her life. She shook her head groggily, slammed the door and crawled back beneath the ugly light blue comforter of her bed, trying to rid herself of the cold. Soon after she did so, she fell into the deep sleep.

Audrey opened her eyes the next morning to the sunlight illuminating her bedroom and to birds chirping and the chattering of students and teachers alike. She groaned, rubbing the back of her head for a moment before she realized where she was. She sat up quickly, fear and adrenaline coursed through her body. She looked at the clock, it was only 7 am. She gave a sigh of relief and got dressed in her normal attire. A white, sleeveless lace up top, that cut of at the mid-drift, mesh to go under it, a black miniskirt with black belts crisscrossing at the top, mesh hose, black boots and her normal black ribbon silver heart choker. She looked in her full length mirror, pulling her red hair back into a sloppy bun. Then she made note that her room looked a little empty, she would decorate later, spice it up a bit, she didn’t really care how much trouble she got in.

With all that done she left her dorm with the books and her homework for her next class. Smiling, she entered the courtyard, approaching Yumi and her friends who were talking to each other about something they obviously didn’t want her to know because the closer she got the quieter they became.

“Morning,” Audrey said with a beautiful smile. The group gave her an uncertain look and went completely silent. The silence continued on until Yumi attempted to start a conversation with her.

“How was your first day Audrey?” She asked, with a smile. Audrey’s head snapped towards her, and she nodded.

“It was all right, but the weirdest thing happened to me…”

“Really?” Yumi asked, “What was it?”

“Oh, well there was this knock on my door, but when no one answered, I got up and answered it, but when I got there no one was outside so I closed my door and started to walk back to my bed, but this cold feeling came over me and I fell over…” Ulrich, Odd and Yumi looked at each other and then at Jeremie who was busy typing something on his computer.

“Did you see anything?” He asked, not even looking up. His voice sounded a little rehearsed Audrey thought, but she just shrugged it off.

“Well, no, but I guess I might’ve been half asleep or I just had another—”she started, but as soon as she mentioned anything about it she cut off and gave them another smile.

“Another what?” Aelita pressed.

“Oh, nothing,” Audrey beamed. Aelita turned to Jeremie, her expression was that of worry. The group got silent again, just as Sissi came over there to start her daily harassing of the gang.

“Audrey, I see you’re still hanging out with these losers,” Sissi commented giving Audrey an accomplished smile.

“Sissi,” Audrey said beaming, “I see you still haven’t gotten my point.”

“What point?” Sissi asked a little confused.

“The point that I’d rather have friends with brains,” Audrey said, getting a few laughs.

“Hey, I have a brain!”

“Half of one maybe,” Odd commented.

“Less than half,” Audrey said seriously. Sissy growled and stormed off once more.

“You’re a natural at that,” Jeremie said, still not looking up from his computer, but she did earn a smirk. Audrey gave a smile and stared at his hand. She noticed Aelita’s hand was extremely close to his and it was moving even closer to take it. Audrey growled and a feeling of jealousy came over her. Aelita gave Jeremie’s hand a nudge; he took her hand in his, obviously unaware he was doing so. Audrey only stared, trying desperately to figure out why and how she felt this and so soon. Usually she never had crushes, either that or she got them really late and then she moved again. Then she was forced to forget about everyone and everything she ever loved and move on, making new friends, getting new crushes. She continued to stare at their hands, a perfect match she thought. She would never have a chance with the short computer nerd she felt so attracted to.

“I’m so happy for you,” Audrey said finally, beaming. Jeremie and Aelita looked at her for a brief moment before noticing she was talking about them and that they were holding hands. They both released their hands swiftly, making odd gagging sounds, as if they never liked each other in the first place. Well, either that or they were awfully good at hiding it. Still, Audrey sensed something between the two, despite how hard they tried to hide it; she knew they felt something for each other. Odd, seemed to notice them holding hands too, and he felt a little jealous too, but he didn’t know why. He thought he had gotten over Aelita because she liked Jeremie. Did that mean…he was like Aelita? No, no he couldn’t be! He wasn’t gay, he had been out with so many girls it wasn’t funny, but then again every time he went out with one, he found himself always wanting more. He didn’t know what he wanted though; maybe he did want Jeremie, or another man. In fact he remembered a few years back, when he had first met Ulrich; he had a strange attraction toward him. Maybe be was homosexual or maybe he was even bisexual, he didn’t know anymore.

“No, no,” Jeremie reassured Audrey; snapping Odd from his thoughts, “we aren’t together.” Aelita looked at him and appeared to be a little hurt, but then she smiled confirmed his statement and then group split up and walked off to their classes.

Yumi and Audrey had just left their first class and they were heading to their second, when Yumi’s cell phone rang. Both of the girls jumped, a little shocked, and then Yumi picked it up, answering the call.

“Jeremie?” She asked. Audrey heard a faint voice on the other line.

“Can it wait till lunch?” Yumi asked.

“All right, fine, I’ll be right there.” Audrey watched Yumi take off and shrugged as she continued to her next class.

She sat through that class extremely bored, without Yumi everything appeared to be boring. Finally, when the class ended she couldn’t find Yumi or any of her friends anywhere in the courtyard, so she stood alone, an easy target for dear Elizabeth. Audrey fixed her eyes on the dirt beneath her feet and ignored the voices around her.

“Hey Audrey,” Sissi called mockingly, “Where’s those losers you hang out with?”

“They left me here,” she whispered. Sissy laughed, she was obviously enjoying Audrey’s pain.

“Is that so?” Sissi asked. Audrey just nodded, her eyes still focused on the ground. She wanted Sissi to leave her alone, but Sissi was an extremely persistent person. Sissi laughed again. “You aren’t so stubborn when you’re alone, are you Audrey?” Sissy asked. Audrey sighed deeply, but didn’t answer; she wished her friends would come back. Ha, she thought, friends. She wasn’t good enough to have friends, she always moved just as she was making good ones or just as she started to fall for someone. She didn’t have a chance to grow up properly; at least most of the kids around here spent most of their lives in the same town. She on the other hand had to cope with moving around, month after month, even weeks sometimes. Now two days in she was having so many doubts about being here and friends and just everything. Suddenly, she heard sissy shriek, she came out from her thoughts and looked around, and she noticed William and a few other people walking over towards her. She blinked, a little confused, she had no idea why William and his friends would want to talk to her. Sure, she knew him because he knew Yumi, but they never talked, William was only after Yumi anyway, despite the fact Yumi was more attracted to Ulrich than she was to him. Audrey had to admit, the group she chose to hang out with was pretty messed up when it came to relationships.

“Hi, Will—”Audrey started to say, but William cut her off as he grabbed her arm and squeezed it tightly. She yelped in pain and looked up at him with the utmost loathing. William smirked down at her, dragging her off. “Stop it!” Audrey protested, “Stop it you’re hurting me!” William ignored her pleas, dragging her off in the direction of the sewer. Audrey took in her surroundings; there were trees, a lot of them and there was grass, other than that there was nothing more there. That was until she saw the gates of a beautiful old house. She noticed a title on the front of the house, it read, The Hermitage. Her blood went cold, there was something so familiar about that name, she couldn’t place it, but she knew she had heard it somewhere. She started to struggle to free herself from William’s grasp, but he held her tight, she could feel his fingers leaving bruises in her arm. She groaned and tried even harder to pull away, but it was too late, they were inside the house and he flung her onto the cold floor.

“Ouch!” She yelled, rubbing her arm, “You don’t have to be so rough you know.” William just glared at her, his eyes flashed with some sort of symbol she vaguely recognized. She tilted her head to the side for a second before turning to look around the house. The Hermitage was filthy, it was dusty and there were random objects flung all over the floor, the furniture was torn and many of the books had pages ripped from them. She also noticed the ripped pages all had red marks and scribbled notes all over them. This place looked so familiar to her, but she just couldn’t place what it looked like. Maybe it looked like one of the houses she used to live in, she’d lived in so many it was so hard to keep track of how many different houses she’d lived in, it was even hard to remember how many countries she’d lived in and that was bad considering there were only a limited number of countries in the world. She had probably been to over half of the countries in the entire world and that was saying something.

“William, why did you bring me here?” She asked a little confused. Audrey looked back at him and he appeared to be trying to form words.

“Re…mem…ber…” William said, his voice was low and sounded more like a growl.

“Remember what?” Audrey whispered, a little afraid of the answer. William tried to form words again, but someone came into the room and knocked him over.

“Audrey?” Odd asked, noticing the mark on her pale arm. It looked like she had painted it gray, that’s how bad the bruising was. “How much did you see?” He asked franticly. Audrey looked at him like he was crazy.

“Ulrich, what do yo—”Ulrich picked her up of the filthy floor and pulled her off and into the sewer.

“Ew!” She groaned, “This place is so nasty.”

“Oh stop,” Ulrich said, “you sound like Sissi.”

“Well, I’m sure any girl would be repulsed by this place.”

“Yumi and Aelita aren’t,” Ulrich said simply.

The rest of the walk there was done in silence; the smell of the sewer was making Audrey nauseous, she wanted to go back, but she didn’t want to have to deal with Sissi or William. Soon the pair came upon a wall, Audrey stared up at it.

“What is that Ulrich?” Audrey asked. Ulrich looked at her for a brief moment before leading her inside. She saw Jeremie sitting at a very large computer talking into a microphone. This was extremely awkward.

“Hey, uh…Jeremie…” Ulrich said. Jeremie whipped around quickly, facing the pair.

“What is she doing here?” Jeremie asked. Audrey got the feeling she wasn’t wanted so she turned around to leave, but Ulrich grabbed her arm.

“XANA was after her, so I figured she was important…”

“XANA is after everyone,” Jeremie said with a laugh.

“I know that Jeremie,” Ulrich protested, “but he wasn’t trying to hurt her, save the bruise on her upper arm, he was trying to talk to her.”

“Hmm…” Jeremie said turning back to the computer. Audrey sighed and started to leave, but Ulrich stopped her again, just in time to see Jeremie turn back around.

“Hey Audrey,” he said, getting her attention, “Can you keep a secret?”

A/N: Corny, I know, but I’m trying harder? Now I’ll reply to some of my reviewers from the first chapter .

Starfiregirl5671: Thank you for the lovely review

FTiger: Thanks for your very positive review. Oh come on my writing skill isn’t all that great, I mean who is to say I have any skill at all?

BobbyNeko: I didn’t really like how Odd acted either, I debated on weather to take it out of the story or not, but then it was just left in there for balance I guess. I’m not too good at this X.x Oh, of course there is going to be some OxA fluffiness in here D.

Lyoko Lover: Hehehe! Thanks so much for your positive review!

Tehrandomkitten: I totally agree about that Sissi thing, but I need her to be mean to develop Audrey as a character. I needed Sissi to provoke her darker side and prove that she has one and that she is only human you know? I don’t Like Sugar and Spice that much either, well I do like the beginning part, but the other parts are kind of eh…no, you can do better. You know?

Kodra: Ah, my dear friend. How I enjoy your reviews! So negative, so very, very negative. Oh, in the beginning when I put Ulrich there instead of Jeremie I was actually going to use Jeremie, but then I decided against it that was my bad for not changing it. Yeah the foreshadowing, I’m an amateur writer, sorry I can’t live up to your expectations, but I am trying to get better. You know what? I actually went back to rewrite this chapter and thank gosh I did cause if I didn’t…I would’ve displeased my valuable reviewers. X.x. Thanks for the review though, I really like to know what I can work on .

The Audrey Files: A Code Lyoko Fanfiction & Sugar and Spice Prequel

So I wrote a prequel to Sugar and Spice cause I got flamed super bad for that story by a lot of people on the interwebs and the prequel is even worse than the one shot, but I’m sure that’s what you’re all here for so. Enjoy.

The Audrey Files

Chapter One

Disclaimer:Said it once, and I’ll say it again…I don’t own Code: Lyoko, but I do one Audrey DeBose, and Yes…steal her and I will find a way to find you. WITH MY CHUCKIE DOLL OF DOOOOOM!

Summary: Kind of a prequel to Sugar and Spice. Someone new shows up, but she’s pretty quiet…rumors are spread, which interests a certain someone. JxOC OxA YxU

A/N: Yeah, a lot of you asked who Audrey was…this is explaining if to you. And a little treat! I’ll reply to my reviewers! )

“Dreaming”

She leaned against the wall, she felt the dizziness take over her. She was afraid, despite the fact she knew exactly what was going to happen. Her breathing got shallow and she fell over and onto the ground.

“Ugh,” she groaned softly, trying to get back up before anyone noticed she was having trouble. She always hated moving, it made her attacks come back, but because of her mother’s choice of a career, she had to move, and often. Finally, she managed to push herself to her feet, moving her red hair back behind her ears. She stared at the schools grounds and checked her schedule, today was going to be fun.

Moments later she entered the schools gates, looking around and hoping to find her classes. Whispers erupted around her, she groaned. This was one of the major reasons she despised moving around, everyone always spread rumors about her. Last time there were rumors about her being a prostitute, just because of the way she dressed. She thought that was totally unfair, other people dressed in less than she did and no one called them a prostitute. Out of the corner of her eye she saw someone staring at her with great intensity, she cocked her head to the side and approached him.

“Hi…” she said softly. He only nodded, acknowledging her presence. She smiled. “Can you tell me how to get here?” She pointed to a something on the paper she held in her hands. He leaned over the paper, staring at it. She could feel his breath on her neck and she blushed, no guy had ever gotten this close to her before.

“No, I’m sorry…I can’t, but I’m sure my friend Yumi can,” he explained.

“Where can I find this ‘Yumi’?” she asked. The guy looked at her and chuckled lightly.

“Well, you can find her in the class you just pointed out to me, so I don’t know how helpful I am.” The girl groaned.

“So tell me, should I just wait till it’s over, or brave it on my own?”

“You could go to the principal,” he offered. She laughed lightly and shook her head.

“I’d rather die.” The guy laughed.

“Come on, he’s not that bad…he might get onto you about your clothing though.”

“What’s wrong with the way I dress?”

“In my opinion, nothing, but in his opinion…it would be a little to revealing. Although his daughter, Sissi, wears a lot less clothing than you do.”

“So he shouldn’t bother me on my clothing then should he?”

“No, I guess not…”

“So where do I find this principal?”

“Um…why don’t I just walk you?”

“That sounds like a good idea.” The guy lead her down the random hallways of the school and it reminded her of a maze, the kind of maze you never made it out of alive.

“So…” the guy said slowly, letting her know he was uncomfortable with her being silent. She laughed a little.

“My name is Audrey DeBose,” she said, trying to make small talk.

“Ulrich,” the guy said calmly. Audrey just nodded, and they kept on walking.

Soon the pair stopped in front of a beautifully engraved door and Ulrich opened it for her. She smiled in thanks and entered. A secretary looked up at her.

“May I help you?” She asked calmly.

“Yes, I’m a new student…” Audrey said, her voice trailing off. Suddenly she felt shy under the secretary’s cold unfeeling gaze.

“Take a seat; he will be right with you.” Audrey smiled weakly, pushing her red hair behind her ears once more before sitting down in a brown leather chair. She looked around the room at the off white colored walls and the pale blue carpeting. It made her shiver; even if the room wasn’t cold it felt cold. It felt cold because it was so empty, all that was in there was the secretary’s smooth wooden desk and a few fake plants. Other than that there was nothing, the secretary didn’t even have pictures on her desk, but it was filled to the maximum with paperwork and notepads.

From inside the other room Audrey could hear an argument going on between the principal and some other student. At her last school she wasn’t allowed to argue with her principal, every time she tried her parents would scold her and she would be grounded for a very long time. Like it mattered anyway, she never made any friends, and even when she did her mother usually got relocated afterwards. So these days she just didn’t socialize at all, because then when she left…she wouldn’t have to tell her friends good-bye. Good-bye was the most painful thing for her, she couldn’t stand saying it, because everyone was in tears and it just hurt so badly.

The door to the office swung open and a girl with black hair waked out, looking extremely upset. She was wearing a mid-drift shirt and an extremely short skirt, Audrey assumed that this was the daughter. The girl’s mouth curled into a smirk.

“Look what the cat dragged in,” she said snobbishly, tilting her head back and laughing. Audrey just stared at her, thinking of how fortunate she was not to know this person.

“Oh,” said the man behind her, “You must be Audrey DeBose.” Audrey nodded, and the girl’s mouth dropped.

“The Audrey DeBose?” She asked, as if she were unable to hold in her excitement.

“Uh, yeah…” Audrey said. It was funny how her name could change people’s minds about her.

“Oh my gosh!” She squealed, jumping up and down. The principal just stared at her, sighing before allowing Audrey to enter and shutting the door on the overexcited student on the outside.

“You’ll have to excuse my daughter; she’s a big fan.”

“Perfectly understandable,” Audrey said, a little taken aback by the tone of voice she said it in.

“Now,” he said, “Down to business, I’d like to welcome you to our humble school, and I will give you a dorm as soon as I can, unless you would like to stay at home?”

“I’d like a dorm; home is too far for me to get to, besides like my mom needs me home anyway.” Audrey smiled sweetly and the principal went on.

“All right,” he said, “I assume you have your schedule?

“Yes, of course,” Audrey said, “but I’m going to need someone to help me to my classes until I get the hand of things.”

“Of course, let me see your schedule…” She handed him he schedule and he looked over it.

“Ah yes, you and Ms. Yumi would get along famously, you’re in all of her classes.” Audrey just nodded. “I’ll call her to the office now.” He pressed a button on his speaker phone.

“Alice?” He asked the woman outside in the other room.

“Yes?” Came her dull, lifeless reply.

“Could you call Yumi Ishiyama to the office please?”

“Of course, just one moment please.”

Audrey heard the soft buzzing of the intercom and then she heard the secretary say Yumi’s name.

“Yumi Ishiyama please report to the principal’s office, Yumi Ishiyama to the office.”

Yumi glared at the intercom and groaned. What did that old man want her for this time? She hadn’t done anything wrong, she knew that. The class ooed and awed around her, she ignored them; opening the door and walking off down the hallway.

Soon after she left her last class, she entered the principal’s office, the secretary nodded to her and she entered the room.

“Ah, Yumi,” the principal said calmly. Yumi glared at him, then she noticed the girl sitting in the chair before his desk, she eyed her suspiciously.

“You look familiar,” Yumi said, finally. Audrey just laughed a little.

“I’m sorry,” she said. Yumi laughed, this girl was funny.

“Do anyway, why did you call me up here?” She asked the principal.

“Oh, yes, Audrey is new and she needs someone to show her around a bit.”

“All right, sounds fun,” Yumi said turning back to her, “You ready Audrey?” Audrey nodded in reply and Yumi led her out of the room and into the hallway.

“So…what class do you have now?” Audrey asked, just as the bell rang.

“Well, I did have Science, but you know, that’s the bell,” Yumi said with a laugh.

“What now?” Audrey asked. Yumi sped up a little, Audrey matched her pace.

“Now, I get to introduce you to my friends,” Yumi said, opening a door, and both of them exited the building.

“Hey, Jeremie,” Yumi said. Jeremie waved to her and looked up briefly, not even noticing Audrey. She smiled, that was just the way she liked it, she wasn’t famous around here, no, she was invisible.

“You know where the others are?” Yumi asked. Jeremie looked up again, finally noticing Audrey was there.

“No…” He said, his voice trailed off as he met Audrey’s eyes. She beamed and waved to him. “Who is this?”

“What?” Yumi asked, remembering Audrey was next to her, “Oh, her?” Yumi pointed and Jeremie nodded smartly.

“Yes, her,” he said with a smirk and a wink in Audrey’s direction.

“This is our new 9th grader, Audrey DeBose,” Yumi said, presenting her name as if she were a star. Jeremie gave her a warm smile and she smiled back, so happy that no one knew who she was besides Sissi.

“Hello!” A cheerful voice came, making Audrey jump a little. She turned to see a short blonde haired kid. She twitched uncomfortably.

“There you are Odd, have you seen Ulrich?” Yumi asked. Odd shook his head and eyed Audrey. Then he leaned over to whisper something to Jeremie.

“You know, she’s kind of cute Jeremie, how do you know her?”

“I don’t,” Jeremie whispered back, simply.

“You again,” Ulrich said as her approached the group. Audrey gave him a smile.

“Do I disappoint you?” She asked coolly. Ulrich just laughed and shook his head.

“Of course not, I was just a little surprised.”

“Oh,” Audrey said, rolling her eyes at him. Ulrich crossed his arms; obviously he was a little upset. Yumi giggled under her breath, making sure Ulrich wouldn’t hear her.

“Hey guys,” Aelita said, taking her place beside Jeremie. Everyone in the circle waved, “Uh, who is this?” She asked motioning to Audrey.

“This is Audrey DeBose,” Yumi said. Aelita’s jaw dropped, and she hugged Audrey.

“The Audrey DeBose?” She squealed happily. Audrey sighed and nodded.

“Uh…who is Audrey DeBose?” Odd and Ulrich asked in unison.

“Only the best—”Aelita started, Audrey silenced her.

“Audrey DeBose, is who I am, I’d prefer if you know no more than that,” Audrey said, giving Aelita a look of pure loathing. Aelita looked down at the ground, kicking some dirt with her shoe. Then, Sissi showed up with a big grin on her face.

“Speak of the devil,” Audrey mumbled.

“Hey Audrey, what are you doing hanging out with these losers when you could be hanging out with me?” Audrey looked up at her and smirked.

“Because, Sissi, these ‘losers’ as you call them, are so much better than you’ll ever be,” Audrey smirked at her. Sissi smirked back, and Audrey looked at her quizzically.

“Oh, Audrey, you silly,” Sissi said, leaning in and whispering, “you want the whole school to know what you really are?” Audrey glared at her.

“What am I really Sissy?” Audrey spat, “Some famous child singer that no one remembers, an actress, a whore?” Sissy growled.

“Well, I’d say none of the above, with the way you dress you look like a tramp.” Audrey smirked, she had her right were she wanted her.

“Well, Sissi dear, you wear much less than I do, so what does that make you?” Sissi scoffed and stormed off.

“Singer?” Ulrich asked.

“A part of my past I’d rather not talk about,” Audrey commented. The rest of them just shrugged and the group got quiet. What was this Audrey girl trying to hide exactly?

A/N: I hope this explains things better! Please review, it means a lot to me .

Time Heals All Wounds: A Martin Mystery Fanfiction

This fanfiction has always been an odd one for me. Considering I don’t remember it nor do I remember the show. I literally have no idea what Martin Mystery is. I mean, I have a vague idea, but I don’t remember anything about what this fanfiction was about or where it was going.

Also it’s EXTRA short so I’m posting ALL FIVE chapters (and LESS THAN 2K words) in the same blog post. Enjoy!

Martin Mystery

Time heals all wounds

Prologue

Disclaimer: I do not own Martin Mystery, I am just a fan.

Summary: It has been three years since their disappearance; no one had ever been able to find them. Most just assumed them dead, but…what really happened?

A/N: My first Martin Mystery fanfic, go easy on me.

Prologue”

Martin, Diana and Java walked through the woods carefully. This was another one of the center’s endless investigations. They had been out in the field for awhile, but they hadn’t found anything yet. Diana gave Martin a look that said “we should give up…we can’t find anything.” Martin just shook his head and the three continued on.

Somewhere along their search, Martin and Diana got separated from Java, but this had happened before. They had met up after and everything was okay, so they continued on in their search, leaving Java behind to fend for himself. There was an eerie sound and Martin and Diana stopped dead. A stick broke behind them and Diana quickly took hold of Martin’s arm. Both of them turned around and looked every which way before they continued walking.

“You can let go of my arm now Di…” Martin whispered. Diana only held his arm closer. He chuckled a little. “All right Di…whatever.” They walked on, but soon Diana stopped. Martin turned back to her; her eyes were wide, her breathing was fast and it came out in large puffs in the cold winter air…something was wrong.

“Diana…” Martin said slowly, he reached his hand out to touch her face; she flinched, “Diana…what’s wrong?” Her hand moved up and she pointed, Martin turned around, but he saw nothing, he turned back to Diana. She still had the same expression on her face. It was of total and complete terror. Martin couldn’t stand to see her look like that. He reached out to bring her closer to him, but she let out a shriek and started to run the opposite direction.

“DIANA!” Martin screamed; he chased after her. His throat was raw and his legs felt like they were frozen solid, he could only imagine how Diana felt. It was hard to keep up with her, but finally he had tackled her and pinned her to the ground. She wrestled against his body and it was like something ignited inside of him, like a fire burned deep inside. His breathing quickened in pace and he let out a howl of pain…then everything went black.

The center spent years looking for them. Three years to be exact, but they never found anything. They didn’t find their bodies, they didn’t find any clues…no footprints, and no strands of hair…nothing was left behind. Soon…this investigation became a cold case, never to be dug up again.

“i. Faint Memories”

Three years ago they had disappeared and the center had to move on, they had to get new agents. None of those agents were as fun or as productive as Martin and Diana though. The latest agents they had as replacements seemed too serious. Their names were Mary-Ann and David. They were like…the complete opposites of Martin and Diana…they didn’t quarrel; they didn’t do anything but work. Though, in appearance Mary-Ann looked very much like Diana with blonde hair and David looked very much like Martin with brown hair. They looked almost like they were Martin and Diana’s children, but like that could happen in three years.

David’s watch beeped and Java tried to look happy.

“Center calling,” Java said in the happiest voice he could muster. Java had never quite gotten over the fact Martin and Diana had died in the line of duty. He was the reason the investigation had gone on so long, he believed they were still alive somewhere. They had never found their bodies, but they did have a funeral for them.

The three agents went through a portal where they were met by Billy’s solemn expression.

“Hello agents,” Billy said weakly, he sounded like he was from a Charlie’s angel’s movie with less enthusiasm. The three agents, followed by Billy, walked into ‘mom’s’ office. ‘Mom’ stared at her agent’s faces and proceeded to give them instructions.

“In the area where…” she paused and stared at the ceiling, trying to hold back tears, “where—” she tried to start again, but her voice failed her. No one had known her to do something like this before…she was losing her official feel. “In the place where Martin and Diana disappeared—” she started, David slammed his fist down on the table, everyone in the room, but Mary-Ann jumped, startled.

“Is this why you called us here?” He asked, angrily, “for those, stupid, agents that have been lost for three years?” Java, Billy and ‘mom’ stared at the floor. David took Mary-Ann’s hand and they both left. ‘Mom’ looked up at Billy and Java, they looked back at her.

“Even if this case has gone cold…Martin and Diana never gave up on me when I was taken over by that…thing…” She said. Billy and Java nodded and then all three of them left…they needed to find Diana and Martin, even if they weren’t alive…they needed some reassurance. They needed to know…they needed to know if they were dead or alive. Either way it would bring their three friends peace.

A/N: I hope you enjoyed the first chapter of “Time Heals all Wounds” It’s really bad writing, but you can get over it can’t you? R+R.

“ii. Don’t Close Your Eyes”

In the past, all attempts to find them had lead to a dead end, but right now Java, Billy and ‘mom’ were pretty confident.

“Where did you say you lost them at Java?” Billy asked and Java led them through the woods. They stopped at a place none of them had seen before, but the place where they stood felt right. The three of them looked around carefully and what they found was extremely disturbing. They found torn pieces of Diana and Martin’s clothing…stained with blood. They wondered why no one else had found this earlier…or maybe they did…no one knew who to believe anymore.

Far from where the three agents stood looking there was a small cave in the side of a mountain. Inside of that cave sat a girl, her flesh was torn and scarred, but she was alive. Beside her sat a young man, his body was in the same condition as hers was. Tears fell down their cheeks. Neither of them knew what was going to happen next, both of them were so afraid. It had been three years since they had been left alone out in this earthly hell. They couldn’t remember who they were anymore…they didn’t even know how they got there. Foot steps echoed through the cave and the girl moved towards the male who sat next to her…he stared at her with sad eyes and took her into his arms. He whispered words of comfort into her ear, but those words were only words. Those words never brought her comfort.

A man stepped into the room and he smiled at the girl who erupted with tears and held onto the male tight. She looked at the man pleadingly, but he still approached.

“No, no…please…no…” He smiled and laughed at her desperate pleas, he reached out and grabbed her by her hair…ripping her from the other man’s arms. The other man tried to object, but he was back handed. By the time he had turned his head the man was already pulling the woman deeper into the cave. She watched him with fear in her eyes and his heart ached for her. “No…please…” she pleaded.

“Shut up!” He yelled at her. The man in the front of the cave heard a gun shot and he panicked. He stood up and started to run after them. He started to scream her name, but he realized he didn’t know it. He didn’t even know his own.

The gun shot echoed over the entire mountain and through the forest. The three agents ran as fast as they could towards the sound, but what they would find would not be what they expected.

The man reached the back of the cave and saw the woman on her back, blood was flowing from her arm and tears were streaming from her weary eyes. She stared at him and whispered, “It hurts…please help me…” The man couldn’t help but cry, he looked around, but there was no sign of the shooter…he scooped up her body and carried her back to the front of the cave…and this time…he carried her outside into the light they had not seen in so long. He stared down at her and he noticed she was closing her eyes.

“No,” he begged, “Don’t close your eyes…you can’t leave me…not yet…”

A/N: I know what you’re thinking, but if you think I’d bring them in this early in the story…what kind of a terrible author do you think I am?…just wait and see. (Spoiler alert from Adult Des: You nEVER find out)

“iii. Frozen in Time”

He ran. He ran, carrying her through the forest, he didn’t care if he was naked anymore…this was a matter of life and death. This was a matter of her well being. She started to shiver against him.

“It hurts…it hurts…” she kept mumbling. Tears threatened to fall from his eyes, but he knew they wouldn’t…he had cried his eyes dry every time that man has taken her. The things he did to her were abominable. He didn’t think anyone could be that evil. When he would bring her back and lock them in that cave together…she would crawl into his arms and cry against his chest and she would tell him what had happened. Then after she had fallen asleep…he would tend to her wounds the best he could. Mostly…he would use what he had left of his clothing and when he ran out of that…he used his tongue. It may sound sick and terrible, but what would you do in this situation?

“I know it hurts…I’ll get help…” Just as he whispered those words, he hit something. He hit something hard and large. The two of them screamed and he started to crawl the other way, trying his best to keep the girl with him, but the thing they had run into held them down.

“Please…Please…don’t hurt me…” The girl begged, she felt around her and gripped the boy’s hand in hers. The boy said nothing.

“Martin? Diana?” A woman’s voice asked.

“Who is there?” The girl on the ground questioned. She opened her eyes in a fake attempt to see who was standing over them, but she was blind. Her eyes had been like that since a few years ago when that man had done something to her. She still hadn’t told the man that lay beside her that story, and she never would.

“Oh my goodness…” A high voice said, “Java…get them…look at the condition there bodies are in…who would do such a thing?”

“Who knows…they’ve made a lot of supernatural enemies,” the woman said.

“What did this…was not supernatural…” the man whispered, “It was human.” Then he took a deep breath as if to say something else, but he never opened his mouth again.

“It hurts…” The girl whispered, letting her eyes close.

“I can’t even imagine what these two have been through…out here for three years…alone…” The woman said, but all questions would be answered soon enough.

Java laid the two of them down on a cold operating table and the doctors got to work, pulling out shards of broken glass and doing tests on the bodies of the two that lay there. Their bodies looked so…unnatural…some of their skin had been burned, but not bad enough that the scarring couldn’t be hidden. Their hair had mud and leaves stuck in it, not to mention it had been butchered…plus the man they think is Martin has grown a beard, but just as their bodies had similar gashes and things…they had different ones too. ‘Diana’ had human bite marks on her neck, chest and thighs…it looked like she had been raped repeatedly. Martin had numerous gunshot wounds that had gotten infected from where he had to pull the bullet out himself and wrap something around it that was later used to clean Diana’s wounds.

“I’m surprised they lived this long…” one of the doctors said. The other doctors agreed.

Once they had finished the operation, which included the hiding of some of the burn marks and scars, they sprayed the two of them down with water, to reveal that the two that lay there on the table, side-by-side were indeed…Martin and Diana. Everyone turned and looked at the person next to them and then they all cheered. This was a remarkable discovery, people even started to cry.

“We’ve found them…finally after all these years.”

A/N: I’m a really boring writer, I know…get over it.

“iv. The Stars”

Diana was the first to open her eyes; she looked around the weird smelling medical room. She felt so safe here. She turned to Martin, who lay next to her and she started to shake him. He stretched, causing him to yelp in pain a little bit, but he opened his eyes too. Both of them were sitting up now, not sure of what to do next. The crew watched them with interest, wondering if they would remember anything that they had done here.

After awhile, Martin and Diana both got up from the bed, and limping around the explored the room. The crew watched eagerly still, from behind the glass. Diana approached the wall and put her hand on it. She was obviously remembering something.

A man in shadows smiled, his plan had gone through.

“Excellent…now I can destroy them from the inside out,” he laughed evilly, then turned to his captives, “And you two…they’ll never know the difference…until it’s too late.” His captures glared at him, the overwhelming need to beat this guy to a bloody pulp came over them, but they couldn’t…they were in chains, like they had been for three years. So the female capture looked at the floor in shame, while the male one took out his anger on the chains. The man just laughed, this would prove to be very interesting.

The crew smiled, they were so happy, they had found them; they had actually found them! M.O.M who was overwhelmed with happiness, started to cry. Java noticed this and gave her a big hug.

Martin and Diana continued to explore the new room, neither of them were sure what it was or how they got there…all they knew is that is was strange and that they were safe. Martin walked over to the far side of the room to examine something. He touched it and seconds later, there was a crash, Martin has managed to blow something up, it was just like him to do so. The crew beyond the glass laughed at his stupidity, not knowing…that an evil plan was in progress.

A/N:Really corny and really short…I know…but it’s better than the Everwood fanfic I was going to write XD. I actually had a dream about Everwood last night, but we’ll save that for another fanfic… (I honestly don’t think I ever wrote this. At least…I hope I didn’t. I barely remember Everwood)

Locked in the Bathroom: A Life With Derek Fanfiction

I wrote so many fanfictions for shows I don’t even remember and right now my gay ass can’t even write fanfictions for shows I’ve watched a hundred times because I’m terrified I’ll get the characterizations wrong. Strange how we evolve as writers, isn’t it?

TW/CW: Step-siblings in a romantic relationship.

Locked in the Bathroom

Disclaimer:I don’t own Life with Derek

Summary: When Derek and Casey get locked in the bathroom, they find they have a weird attraction for each other. Rated for ‘incest’ Oneshot

A/N: First one X.x

“I…”

Both of them lay on the floor laughing and covered in shaving cream. The music from the party downstairs boomed in their ears.

“You’ve driven me to madness, Derek!” Casey laughed. Derek laughed with her and in that one magic moment he took her hand in his and pressed his lips against hers. Her heart pounded, and she gasped. Derek took advantage of her open mouth and slowly, her eyes closed. She had finally realized she liked this, Even if he was her step-brother.

When they finally pulled away, Casey stroked his face fondly. Then they leaned back in, kissing deeper. Their lips danced across each other, their tongues explored each other’s mouths, but both of them wanted more. Derek started to push her shirt over her head, but she stopped him.

“Derek…” She moaned softly, he stared at her hopefully, but she still shook her head. “I’m just not ready for that yet…” Derek smiled, respecting her wishes, but Casey frowned. She didn’t really want him to stop. She leaned in for another kiss, but Derek pulled away from her, touching her face. Casey smiled.

“I love you, Derek…” She said softly.

“Really, I thought you hated me.” Derek joked, Casey punched him and laughed.

“You’re such a jerk sometimes Derek!” She said. Derek’s eyes got big and he frowned.

“But…I love you…” He said softly, she giggled, leaning in and kissing him softly.

Then they noticed the music downstairs had stopped and second later the bathroom door flung open revealing their, very upset parents.

“Uh oh…” Casey said her and Derek looked at each other.

Soon after their parents scolded them, and she took half the blame…Derek looked at her, kissing her briefly before he left her to clean the living room. She sighed, getting to work, but somehow…even after he had ditched her, she still couldn’t get him from her mind; his kiss, his touch…just everything about him. He drove her wild, but little did she know…he thought the same thing about her.

A/N: Totally lame, I know…just…don’t kill me.

“How Do You Get That Lonely”

Hannah took off down the road. The sounds of her feet clanking against the pavement and her heartbeat were all she could hear. Baboom, thunk-thunk, baboom, thunk-thunk. The rhythm drove her further, getting her farther and farther away from Snape’s house.

“Well, where do we go now…” she thought, coming to an intersection. “I have nowhere left…” her thoughts echoed in her mind, making the phrase permanent, irreversible… unchangeable.

Her exhaustion caught up with her, making her pant heavily. She walked to the side of the road, but she only got to the gutter before sinking to her knees, unable to go any further. She looked back… she couldn’t even see Severus’s house anymore. “How far did I go?” she thought.

Hannah pulled herself up to sit on the curb, staring at the houses down the road, lit and warm, with people that loved each other inside them. Wasn’t anyone trying to find her?

No. No one was. They could care less about Hannah Pettigrew, traitor to everyone that tried to show her any affection. She folded her arms and leaned over to rest them on her knees. A slow drizzle started, adding even more discomfort to her worn-out body.

She focused all her energy on her ears… would someone call her name? Someone had to be looking for her. There had to be someone…she heard nothing. Hannah sighed. “It’s a damned cold night,” she thought miserably.

Hannah would settle for anyone at this point. Just someone look out their window, someone drive by, someone… someone help her. She rubbed the arm with the Mark, and stared at it. “Would I be better off dead?”

It would certainly solve a lot of problems… No one would have to worry about her anymore. Not that anyone did anyway…

I’m standing on a bridge

I’m waiting in the dark

I thought that you’d be here by now

There’s nothing but the rain

No footsteps on the ground

I’m listening but there’s no sound

Isn’t anyone trying to find me?

Won’t somebody come take me home?

It’s a damn cold night

Trying to figure out this life

Wont you take me by the hand

Take me somewhere new

I don’t know who you are

But I… I’m with you

I’m with you

I’m looking for a place

Searching for a face

Is anybody here I know?

‘Cause nothing’s going right

And everything’s a mess

And no one likes to be alone

Isn’t anyone trying to find me?

Won’t somebody come take me home?

It’s a damn cold night

Trying to figure out this life

Wont you take me by the hand

Take me somewhere new

I don’t know who you are

But I… I’m with you

I’m with you

Oh why is everything so confusing

Maybe I’m just out of my mind

Yea yea yea

It’s a damn cold night

Trying to figure out this life

Won’t you take me by the hand?

Take me somewhere new

I don’t know who you are

But I… I’m with you

I’m with you

Take me by the hand

Take me somewhere new

I don’t know who you are

But I… I’m with you

I’m with you

Take me by the hand

Take me somewhere new

I don’t know who you are

But I… I’m with you

I’m with you

I’m with you…

How do you get that lonely, how do you hurt that bad

To make you make the call, that having’ no life at all

Is better than the life that you had

How do you feel so empty, you want to let it all go

How do you get that lonely… and nobody know

A/N: Okay …Just so everyone doesn’t kill me. I didn’t write this! My dear friend Livi did! Anyway next person is going to be Axel, then back to Livi XD I wont be around much. Well enjoy this chapter. I’ll be doing 10.
